Recruiting

Learn the right way of recruiting because it's not as easy as recruiting for people for a job opening. No recruit, no success in Network Marketing Business.

Attitude

 Being in the right opportunity is not enough. You need to be the right person for the opportunity regardless of what are you in the society. You could have a mindset since you were a child that is not helping you at all until now. I don't mean saying being the right person for the opportunity but becoming the right person for the opportunity. If you have problem in your attitude, you need to learn how to change it. Your income could depend in your attitude. If you are not getting the result you want, you need to analyze yourself and adjust because your attitude could be the problem. Be coach-able, a good listener and follow your uplines. Have a GLLA ( Good Learning Attitude.)

Training

Go on a war without a weapon then you will find yourself the first one dead. With this example, you may not want to wonder again why most people fail in Network Marketing Business. Most of them forgot that they need to learn the business very well by non-stop training. Success is a continues journey but not a destination. In which this also tells that once you stop learning, you stopped progressing.

The selling without recruiting, with attitude problem and proper training, your success is into the lowest level. Selling alone in MLM business will not take you in a long term Income Generating business. If you do just recruiting with attitude problem, not selling at all and not done any training, you will simply fail for many reason. Is there a job security? Or it's been a Myth?

Before I discuss everything here, let me tell you that I am not against employment because I was once an employee for 5 years. And we cannot deny the fact that if you have a job with steady and giving high salary is nice. Let's get to the point of writing this article.
If you have a nice job, you can pay your bills, send your children to college and supply your family needs and that's what it is designed for.
You maybe already receiving your monthly pension or just waiting for few months or years to qualify for the benefits but setting yourself up for another source of income is not bad.
Remember that if money keeps coming out for your expenses with out financial source of money coming in then you will wake up broke someday. You need to spend less than what you earn.
Job is really not meant to make you wealthy or anyone else. It's design for survival. Selling your time, effort and service for possible high pay will not give you chance to take in control of your income that you want. Don't get disappointed of hoping that you can find financial freedom as well as having quality time while working for your Boss.

You are a slave for someone if you will keep depending on what they can give you for selling your time. I don't mean to hurt anyone, but the truth will set you free. I was really hurt when I knew this truth but that motivates me to get up on my own by starting a business.

There are millions of people who are jobless. There's an over supply of manpower in world of employment and that will also determine who's the winner in the game. It's the business owners that can get good service from employees but can determine how much they can give to pay. A newly graduate will take a job offer with minimum pay to gain experience. Take it or leave it, somebody else will grab the opportunity to get hired.
I just want to open up your mind that there is no security in job. Anytime your Boss can fire you to hire someone that they can pay for a minimum pay. If you don't work for 1 month then don't expect that your Boss will pay you for not rendering service and selling your time for the company even you stayed there for 50 years. How could you be secure if you got sick?. Your income will also stop if all your income source  will depend on no work no pay basis in your job. Security ? It's already a Myth nowadays and was true long time ago. Grab an opportunity when it comes in your life for the true security in financials which is in business world.
 Do business or not, it's necessary if you want Time and Financial freedom.

• Long term Goal - This is important if you want to have a successful career and a long term financial source. It requires enough time to achieve that will excite you to strive more. Always have a long term goal. There are successful people who felt their life is useless because they don't have plans anymore what to do in their life.

Network Marketing is not an easy money making opportunity. You need a lot of hard work and consistency for a working strategy. Do not easily give up on hardship.     This is not the typical home-party that we do for a celebration. We are talking about organizing business presentation in your house or to someone who agreed for the set up presentation. If you are new in the business, you need to invite your upline to do the presentation for you and your role is to invite people that are your friends, family, Neighbors or whoever you can ask for their time attending the business presentation. This may not applicable in most progressive country that really value time. They prepare meeting for a coffee outside for a short talk. House party is only one option that you can do in offline. This is very effective to meet the family of your new business partner if you will organize this presentation in their house. Meeting people for One On One
      This is more effective for people that has limited time. Presentation of your business in a coffee shop that or any place that would let you show your business to your new business partner prospect. This can take 15 to 1 hour presentation depending on where your conversation will go to. I recommend this for your VIP prospects.

Centering
        Your company provides training's and business presentation for members and centering is inviting your business prospect to the office and attend the orientation. On the presentation, just let the speaker talk and do not disturb your invite. Just do your part by supporting the speaker in which you need to clap your hands if it is a need, laugh when the speaker throws funny jokes or any form of support for more lively presentation but of course interrupting the speaker is excluded.

Approaching Strangers
 This is one of the skill that you need to practice because time will come that your will run out of prospects in your warm market and meeting new people is your good option. We called it prospecting in cold market that can give you more fascinating result because of the unlimited source. Relationship and trust is the main objective why you need to approach a stranger. Build connection to the people and do not offer your business immediately. You may get the phone number or contact then have some building relationship talk then gotcha after making the trust you can somehow offer the business.

Conducting Big Business Presentation
This is commonly hosted by the company in different venues, in other big places other than the usual business presentation room in the office. Most of the time it's being held in a hall, Gymnasium of closed door big conference room. It's a great chance for you to invite your friend business prospects for a presentation. There are more ways on How you can do Network Marketing business effectively and this is only some of the basic. Now, Let's talk about Network Marketing Online. How can you bring Network Marketing online? Well, first thing I will recommend is to utilize the power of social media like Facebook. There are better ways to do it online and it will be discussed on my next Topic on how to do Effective Marketing on Facebook. The key in Facebook marketing is building trust and value. Next is making website or blog. You can find hundreds of people looking for a solution in their problems and blogging is one tool you can to promote you business online. Build a website that that are attractive to people looking for an opportunity online. You can also try Facebook advertising or Google advertising but I don't recommend doing this if your ad has no sense why people should buy your idea or product. In all forms of business, you need someone to patronage or buy your product or services. The more people see you business, the more leads or sales you can get. You traffic in your opportunity online. It's the main key. I will always stress this out that your value to other people is very important. They need to trust you in order to transact or partner with you. Start building trust and value from now on. Go after for the long term income. Protect your good name because it is your powerful tool.

It's a good question if Facebook Page A Good Way To Promote MLM business. The answer is yes when done the right way.

But, you using it the wrong way will simply not work for you at all.
Have you seen a Facebook friends of yours in other MLM company flooding their timeline with series of posts asking anyone to join in his/her company? It may good for you at some point but to many people that are not yet open minded in MLM business can get annoyed.
Now, I am not telling you not to do it. What I'm trying to say is there's a better way how to market you business on social medias.
You may consider some of these reason why you should not make a Facebook page for your MLM company.
You need to make your OWN page to build your brand.
1.)Misrepresentation is one form of breaking the rule of the company. You could find yourself get blocked by your company and get removed being their distributor. You may take a look at your company policy because I am sure that it states there in the agreement.
Facebook also will not allow you to create a representation on behalf of your company without consent .
Here is what you can see on Facebook's terms of service before you can create a page.

"A Page for a brand, entity (place or organization), or public figure may be administered only by an authorized representative of that brand, entity (place or organization) or public figure (an “official Page”).

Unless you are really the representative of the company and and provide documents that Facebook is asking, you can get verified with blue badge or gray badge that's useful to gain more trust from your customers.
2.) You are not creating your own brand, if your page is name after the company, it's not you but your company name. You are not building your own name. Once you establish  the name of your page, you can use it more likely in the future so choose to have it your name.
3.) Your costumer can get confused. If they will searched your company name to Facebook, it will show a lot of pages with same company name.
4.)You will loose credibility when the company runs out of business. Given that you've gained thousands of likes and followers for your page, then it will be useless. Be very careful in choosing your company. I would suggest to choose the company that has built the credibility at least for 5 years. Start up companies has the highest risk to survive before it gone stable.
